I bought this recording not entirely knowing what to expect. What I got was some real life lessons that were applicable to my own job. I would recommend this book to someone just starting out in his or her career as well as veteran managers.

WOW – this book was a great find! Its always nice to find an audio book that is actually read by the author.
I was able to enjoy this during my commute to work – the reading was easy to follow, kept my attention, and best of all, I was able to apply the lessons at work the same day I heard them.
I highly recommend this book to anyone in a career job (or wanted one!)
